TapSpot

TapSpot is a software platform for hospitality businesses. It gives a venue one place to manage its QR codes, publish digital menus, collect customer feedback and run a customer loyalty programme.

What TapSpot does

The platform is used by restaurants, cafés, bars and similar venues. A venue owner sets it up from a web browser; their customers use it from a phone, with nothing to install unless they choose to.

QR code management

Venues create, register and manage their own QR codes from one place. A code can be pointed at a menu, a feedback form, a loyalty sign-up, a document or a page of links, and its destination can be changed later without reprinting anything. NFC tags are supported alongside printed codes.

Digital menus

Menus are built and edited in the browser and published straight to a QR code, so customers see the current version. Menu items carry allergen information, which stays with the item wherever it is displayed.

Customer loyalty

Venues can run a loyalty programme using points or stamp cards, and offer rewards their customers can redeem in person. Staff award transactions and confirm redemptions from their own screen, and venues can send push notifications to members who have opted in.

Customer feedback

A form builder lets venues create their own feedback forms and collect responses through a QR code, without needing a separate survey tool.

Analytics

Venues can see how their codes are performing over time, including QR code scans and NFC taps, so they can tell which touchpoints their customers actually use.

Loyalty app for customers

A companion mobile application for iOS and Android lets customers see their loyalty balance, view available rewards and present a code for staff to scan. It is published by MIRO ONLINE LIMITED.

For the customer

A customer scans a code at the table or the counter and lands on whatever the venue has chosen to show them: a menu, a set of links, a feedback form or their loyalty card.

Loyalty members can see how close they are to their next reward, and what is waiting for them once they get there. Rewards are set by the venue and redeemed in person with a member of staff.

For the venue

Venue owners manage everything from a browser: creating codes, editing menus, setting up rewards and checking how their codes are being used.

Engagement is reported over time so a venue can see whether a particular code, table or campaign is working, and adjust it without having to reprint anything.

One code, whatever you need behind it

A single QR code can lead to a page of links the venue controls, so customers can reach a menu, an ordering page, a website or a social account from one scan. Venues choose the layout, colours and images.
